Project Planning

We meticulously plan each project by dividing the work into milestones. All projects start with a thorough discovery/analysis phase and the creation of a detailed scope of work document. This process ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of the required work, minimizing the potential for cancellations, reversals, or disputes.

Refund Guidelines

• Completed Work: As each milestone requires time and effort, refunds are not possible for work already completed.
• Mutual Termination: If a project is terminated mutually, the client retains control of all completed work, and any payment for further development becomes void. No previous payment or deposit will be refunded.
• Development Phase: Once the client approves the mock-up designs and we move into the development phase, no refunds will be issued.
• Milestone Phases: No partial refunds will be provided for projects that are midway through a milestone phase.
• Special Offers: Cancellations are not entertained for services offered by our marketing team on special occasions. These are limited-time offers and cannot be cancelled.
• SEO and Digital Marketing Packages: These packages are non-refundable. However, clients may cancel with a written notice 30 days in advance.
• Dormant Projects: We do not offer refunds on deposits or payments for projects that are abandoned or inactive for more than 30 days.
